The role: Tech Lead C#./NET Beetsterzwaag
As a Tech Lead C#./NET, you’ll work within one of the multidisciplinary agile teams that follow a clear “you build it, you run it” mindset. Alongside hands-on development, you play a content-driven technical leadership role within your team and across teams.
Together with your colleagues, you’ll continue to evolve the product. This includes working on scalable logic engines, rule engines, high-performance APIs, and AI / machine learning solutions. You help steer technical direction, safeguard code quality, and ensure consistency in how the team builds and evolves the platform.
Many of the challenges are cross-team by nature. You actively contribute to decisions around scalability and performance in distributed systems, enabling multiple teams to build on a solid foundation. In addition, you play an important role in the ongoing shift towards a more event-driven architecture and contribute to organisation-wide AI use cases.
This is not a people-management role. It’s a hands-on tech lead position for engineers who want to influence architecture, quality and technical direction — without stepping away from building software themselves.

What’s required?
- At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience
- A completed technical bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent experience
- Strong experience with C# and .NET
- Experience with cloud like Azure is a plus
- Experience with Kubernetes is a plus
- Experience with distributed systems and/or event-driven architectures is a plus
- Experience with AI models such as Azure AI is a plus
- Experience with machine learning is a plus
- The ability to explain, justify and communicate technical decisions within a team
